1.1. Hortative Investments Private Limited (“Hortative Investments Private Limited/ we/ us/ our”) is a Zimbabwean retailer specialising in tiles, sanitary ware, and other home-finishing products. The Group’s retail brands are Tile and Carpet Centre and Ceiling and Aluminium and Partitioning Solutions (C.A.A.P.S.).

1.2. Hortative Investments Private Limited respects your (“you/ your/ data subject”) right to privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we process the Personal Information we collect from you and outlines your rights in accordance with applicable Zimbabwean data-protection laws. This policy explains, among other things:

1.3.
